Megan Noriega, AMFT

Therapist

Megan Noriega attended William Jessup University where she earned both a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in counseling psychology. She has a strong passion for helping individuals develop a loving and compassionate relationship with themselves and their bodies, and believes that external influences such as diet culture and trauma interfere with these relationships. Experienced in treating clients who face the challenges of eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship concerns, Megan works to help individuals restore these relationships throughout eating disorder recovery as a therapist at Thrive Sacramento. She strives for her clients to befriend their bodies and to live their most authentic and fulfilling lives.

When she’s not empowering clients on their journey to healing, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two cats.
