Lead Recovery Coach
Natalie Norman is presently in the process of earning a bachelor’s degree in social work (BSW) program at the University of Nevada, Reno. She has plans to pursue a master’s degree of social work (MSW) and aspirations to become a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the future. Prior to joining Thrive Wellness Reno, Natalie gained experience as a recovery coach at the Center for Hope of the Sierras. Throughout her tenure as a lead recovery coach at Thrive, Natalie has supported clients in both the eating disorder and perinatal mental health programs. She currently enjoys contributing to the impactful efforts of Thrive’s “It Takes A Village” Day Program for perinatal mental health.
